Measuring nearly 11 inches across, the Michelangelo bowl doubles as a mixing and serving bowl. You could use it to mix dough or batter, or to present what you made inside it afterwards. Of course, thanks to Luigi Bormioli’s signature glass recipe—one that’s lead-free and dishwasher safe—the bowl is tough enough to hold its own as a centerpiece for a nice salad or a bowl of pasta, too.
