Ship it to Asia! I supported the earlier drops for the older luminaid products, and now you guys no longer ship to us? I don't get it why stop selling to people who want it?

These are a neat idea, but with questionable reliability. 2 of 3 I have failed after a few uses. 1 was doa as well. I only bring them camping when I have other sources of lighting.

I ordered two of these, but based on the photos posted by @MichaelParker below I think I may not have received the corect version.. the ones I received are very square, have a more elongated oval micro-USB port that is slightly translucent looking and has only the micro-USB slot (no regular USB), and no seam reinforcements. Neither unit I received seems to charge from the micro-USB port either. How can I go about verifying this and resolving the micro-USB charge situation? Thanks!

Hello Massdrop,
Is the " automated charging system that starts charging your device the moment it’s plugged in" the only difference between the item in this drop and the PackLite Hero 2-in1 Supercharger one can get from their website?
Is it also covered by the Manufacturer's 1 year full warranty?

hebrrrHi @hebrrr , the main difference in specs is the automated charging system and yes this item is covered under our full 1 year warranty!
This version also has some otherminor improvements including: - New and improved valve design that is easier to close - New reinforced charging port for long term use - Reinforced seeming at the edges of the light for long term durability (See photo below)
