I got an email saying they are receiving too many requests (aka customers contacting them about all kinds of things) and will respond to my request about this watch as soon as they can. I certainly hope they help us.

I have the same problem you guys have. Barely any illumination. Just got my watch today. This was supposed to be my first Luminox and I’m so heartbroken. I was so excited. I contacted customer support. I sincerely hope they fix this issue.

Just received mine. Blue face. BARELY any illumination at all. (My 15 year old Luminox chrono glows brighter). This POS is going back. Two epic fails in a row from Massdrop. Think I'm DONE with them.

JUst received my luminox the black faced model. I am disappointed in the illumination. It is very poor. I have other watches even a 5 year old luminox that glows much better. I have a ticket in to customer service for a return. I would avoid as it appears that these have defective illumination tubes that are almost totally dead. They should never sell these without disclosing that the illumination is about 90 % gone.

TBL-SteveMass drop did take back the watch. With a total refund. Thanks, however my time was wasted and the watch was apparently one of many that was defective.

I bought a Luminox to wear while I was sleeping and the Minute hand tritium has burned out. The tubes and the hour hand are fine. Also, the other Luminox I had, before I sold it, I had to put in the shop because the minute hand was getting hung up on the hour hand. I think there were the 3031 models,I am not sure. This Luminox on here looks sturdier and hopefully will be better. Full disclosure, I bought both my Luminoxes used.

How do you find out when it was made. It came out in 2004 and the tubes work for no more than 25years.

ParatusI'd be very curious as well on this. I'm guessing tritium tube replacement isn't a cheap practice.

Have a 3600 that has been to hell and back and I absolutely love it, so bright I can read with it at night if I have to. It's been through several bands, spent a night at the bottom of the sea and lived to tell about it the next day. It finally gave up its bezel somewhere in the middle of the night on a call, wish I could find a new one. Since I can't this new watch will have to do, bummer.
