TigoleDefinitely misleading. This is what it says for the Amazon listing:
"Run with 1*AA alkaline battery (Included) or 14500 battery (Not Included), Max 550 lumens with 14500 battery(Max 110 Lumens with AA Battery)"
Very big difference from 550 to 110.
MD should make that clear in the description.

It won't do anywhere near 550 lumens on an AA--you need a 14500 for that, and no where in the description does it even mention 14500. That's just false advertising.
And it's $1 more on Amazon, but you'd get it a lot sooner.
