Product Description
The Lunar Mod has 510 threading so it can work with the dominant variety of RBA's and tanks. As the voltage drop over the device is .22 volts, keep that in mind when you are deciding which 18650, 18490, or 18390 battery to choose to power your vape Read More

I haven't had any of those issues. I did re-epoxy my logo emblem on the button on purpose because it wasn't glued "flush" or centered. I've been pretty happy with it, but overall I do agree that it wasn't worth $100. Maybe $60.
I need to figure out what I want to use my Massdrop credit on that they gave us. I kind of wish they'd just refund me the money, though, since I did have to repair the logo. Also, the floating pin is rubbish and a pain in the ass, but it isn't going to collapse unless you are hard on it, IMO.
How about it, Massdrop?

Hey guys buyers beware I got this mod month or so ago it started breaking falling apart when you get it you'll see right away it's not worth $100 it's made pretty crappy and for being extremely heavy it's so easy to break the logo on the bottom with the serial number will that little piece is glued on so it will fall off the mod cuz it does get hot from the bottom occasionally mine did and don't tighten any tank or dripper to tight the copper pan collapses pretty easy and the manufacturer will send you a free pin but charge you $50 shipping cause that's what it would cost to ship back to you... Ouch you could Jimmy Wregget but that's unacceptable

Ive had mine for about 2 weeks now and I have to say the manufacturing of these things looks pretty rough. I found multiple flaws and scratches and dings in the metal as well as circular scratches on the bottom by the button and scratches on the logo thats on the button itself. It also had oil on the top attachment for the tank like it had been used before? Is massdrop getting refurbs for cheap where they just change out for newly numbered buttons on the bottom? (your "serial number" is located on the button)
Pretty disappointing for $100, I would expect better quality control even if they are selling at discount.. there's no way this thing costs even close to $50 to manufacture.
I took an album of pictures when I got it to catalog all the flaws, took a bunch of macro mode pictures. I was going to post them and a review here earlier but I saw reviews on reddit and have heard from people here too who said theirs came dirty and ding'd up too.. so it looks like this is the way they operate as a company. Disappointing.

MordecaiI've had it for like two months I don't touch it anymore my stingray clone $40 makes it look like a paperweight I'm going to end up giving this mod away! I can't stand it ! But I like the look but it's a cheap piece of heavy crap! The bottom logo is glued on even though you it will get hot and fall off WTF Oh and it did! Had to glue it right back on disappointing unacceptable!

So far the Fogger V4, and my "generic dripper" (I don't know what it is) both have about a 1mm gap between the base of the tank/rda and the top of the lunar. The nautilus sits flush. Anyone have any suggestions? Maybe a stainless steel washer or something? It doesn't seem like the Lunar can be adjusted at all, and my fogger's copper pin is as flush as it gets. I haven't received my Brass Tobh, yet but it's currently being shipped. Otherwise, things have been great!

Be very careful the copper Pin will compact in and break, mine did I put it on a Kayfun light version 3 and it smashed my pin the pin replacement is free but $50 to send and it will probably take a month? Just be careful tightening your tank RDA to the top... There's like no place that sells a pain to fit... It makes your device useless... I fixed it by just hoping my devices will reach the pin lol... And yes it's made very cheap it doesn't cost $100 it's heavy too. Oh and it hits like a mech mod should and it has an extremely bad copper pin!!! Warning to buyer beware cuz you can get a clone from your local store that is just simply much cheaper but extremely better in quality and price... And no crazy month wait to get it! I only say this due to the fact you can't exactly return stuff to massdrop... Don't waste your money on the novelty of this mod it wears off quick it's a good starter mod but it is definitely not designed well and it won't stand the test of time... Plus the price is ridiculous so many clones out there that are better and simply like comparing a civic to a Lamborghini! I'm saying this because I just spent 40 bucks on a stingray clone and my God everything I could want they designed into that mod no issues with any tank when you see the difference between the two you just want to punch yourself in the face! Anyway be very careful with the copper pan when you put devices on it dont try and tighten it too much it will collapse the pin... And you will have a useless mod... You could probably fix it or replace it with a different devices pin but it would take some modifications but that's unacceptable that you have to even do that!

Be careful with the copper pin inside the lunar a little pressure make it too tight and it will collapse the copper pin and its not the kind of peace you find anywhere... And the bottom logo with the serial number just so you know that piece is actually glued on it's not one piece... So as the hot mod gets hot from the bottom this may cause that glued on metal logo to fall off so be careful you don't lose it... That's the only way of showing you have an original authentic lunar mod, but way would anyone want to clone this thing? The cloners make way better mechanical mod then this it's kind of embarrassing

I got number 908 and everything is fantastic on mine except the locking ring. It screws all the way out and past the threads almost wanting to fall off. Anybody else with the same problem?

I ended up with #941. Perfect firing button, smooth as silk. The pins were as clean as they need to be and I polished up the brass rings with NevrDull wadding polish. The brass (for now) is a very attractive gold color. The NevrDull was able to clean the ring at the bottom, too.
I need to get a small round file to clean out the holes in the brass rings a bit, theres a couple rough patches that are visible if you really look, but beyond that I'm very happy with this thing. It will be nice to have a less common mod.
Waiting on my brass Tobh clone to show up, then it will be complete!

It's been giving me about five hours a pretty hard vaping ... The brass ring of course is completely tarnished after I shined it and then used it one day by the pool . So I really doubt that I'll be cleaning this thing every second I could care less if it's tarnished but I can't wait to try it in ultrashort mode without the brass ring that would look cool from time to time

the threads on my nautilus aren't long enough to make a connection on this mod, does anyone know which adapter would be suitable to correct this?
