Wow, I think these sound incredible. I got mine yesterday.  I thought the NuForce NE800's were good till I heard these. Now the NE800 sound like MEE audio in comparison, with a little more base. To me, these are very similar sounding to my Hifiman HE 400i, with a little less soundstage width. I am very impressed.  They are easy to drive and get much louder, much quicker than the NE 800's.  Separation is very good and soundstage is good as well, just not equal to my open back cans, obviously. Details are nice and the base is just right for me. I tried the red back filters, but it is just a little too much with some music for me. It actually sounds like I am getting some distortion in certain songs with the volume past half way, with the red filter. I am going with the blue fronts and the black in back, for now.
My one annoyance is the ear tips provided. I can't get any of them to stay on the filter. I keep pulling them off when I take them out of my ears. Anyone know the size I would need to order some Comply tips for these? I have tried 4 different sizes , with one of the four staying on sometimes.

AncientSwordLol, it looks like the tips are the same size as the Nuforce ne 800. Swapped some comply's over to try out... All the tips that come off, are the colored ones. I really think they are just there to look pretty in the box. The black ones in the bag seem to stay put. Problem solved.

AncientSwordThanks for the comparisons! Hows the weight/size? They seem a little large and if they're made of a heavier metal like the Maccaw GT100s's, and protrude far enough out of the ear, the extra weight might fatigue the ears a bit over time. And how is the cable in terms of quality? Are the connections good? Do you wear this over-ear, or could it be if you don't?

ILoveStuffThey are a bit large, but they don't feel too heavy to me. I wore them for about 6 hours yesterday without a problem. You can wear them either normal or over the ear. I have been wearing them over the ear. The connection to the cable seems pretty good and the cable isn't bad. I was thinking about ordering a new cable for them though. I saw another review where the guy said connection was ok, but he wouldn't recommend changing out cables a lot. It's nice how the cable pivots to line up without binding when you go from regular wear to over the ear.

AncientSwordPerfect thanks! Do you use an ear hook to guide the cable over your ear? Is there an indicator to help line up where to insert and pull the cable out? Some iems with similar cables have a visual indicator to help when connecting/disconnecting. This isn't pictured well.
I'm going to be getting on this drop. These have a lot of features that hardly any other iem has at this price. I've had excellent luck with Chinese iems of late with the Ostry KCO6A and the Maccaw GT100s. I've had each about a year and love their unique builds and sound signature. Each are very different in both categories and these LZ A4s are too, though I can't yet comment on their sound.

AncientSwordFirst thing i did was swap the tips. I have this 12 pair set from Amazon and they fit nicely. For 4.2mm to 5.5mm nozzles.

ILoveStuffThere is no ear hook but I tighten up the slider on the cords a little bit to put some slight tension on them. Not enough to bother me. I don't see any indicator on inserting them, but it wasn't hard. I have been shopping  around for a new cable to try. I think these would be worth a new cable, but I have never bought any really good cables before, so this will be a first for me.
