Just got them. They don't have any lows at all. Highs are great I guess, but it literally has no lows.... Also the left side sometimes doesn't work, or is quieter than the right.... Guess I will be using that 30 day warranty...

AvernAre your connectors seated well?
I had a similar issue when I received mine,granted they were my first pair of iems with removable cables. As far as the bass is concerned the filters make a huge difference.
I hope it's a simple issue and not a return. These iems are so fun, it'd be a shame.

JesseDYoungI reconnected the cables many times, no change in sound quality. I also tried filters that gave the highest range, which did not improve the lows. Even turning up the lows in an eq had no effect.
Fortunately they had some spares and are sending me a replacement.

AvernOk, that's great. I hope your experience with them is an improvement.
I spent a few weeks messing around with the filters. It became an obsession (as most things do when you dive down the audio rabbit hole).

AvernCan it be your source? Bass on my Aune M1s is very anemic for me. But bass on my fiio e18 hits hard. Its also just the pairing. Bass on my AAW A3Hv2 with my Aune M1s hits very hard and has very good extension.

puffdroppingsI tested with some over ear, and some other IEMs from both my computer and my phone. Results were all consistent. Most of the time one side wasn't even working on these until fiddling with it, so I'm pretty certain they were defective. I'm still waiting for my replacement to arrive.

AvernGot my replacements. They no longer cut out and the bass is now there. I am a lot happier with them. Soundstage is maybe a little less than I was hoping but they sound better than my equally priced on ears, while being more portable. I may end up getting a better cable as it seems to cause problems for a lot of people at some point.

JesseDYoungI am having a similar issue. I sent mine back to the shop I bought them from. i should hear back over the next day or two. I was having trouble with the right cable and right monitor. i would lose signal in my right monitor all the time. I noticed the cable was not as secure as the left side.
