I was so excited to get these today but the box came all crushed and the headphone was broken. One of the sides is broken so its not even wearble.

Pachoo5Mine broke in the same place last night. They're about 4 months old. The clamp that holds the band together with the swivel just flew off as I removed the cans from my head. With closer inspection it looks like the 2 screws that hold it together simply stripped out of the plastic screw shaft.
