The thin plastic, that wraps one side of the metal band, broke on one side of mine. Anybody know a fix?
Tried sugru but it doesn't fix the original tightness, and the cup doesn't sit flush on that side.

kidagntMine did too. I just tightened the broke side all the way up and loosened the other side all the way. Not an ideal fix but it works for me.

MO-electronicsI broke a piece and MO Electronics were very helpful in replacing the part. They also ran out of screws. They gave me the wrong size specs to buy in the meantime, but when they discovered the specs were wrong. They sent the replacements as soon as they got them back in stock 4 stars
