MAC knives are pretty awesome. I've used the santoku and own the paring knife. They cut very well look great. Looks like pricing is based on the paring knife, then add the difference in the price in the specs as you move up the line. They're worth the dough. But if you don't need a fancy knife get some Victorinox Firbrox and don't worry about it.

SagaraSIt's too early to tell. I'd create a poll of the different Fibrox knives and we then we can figure which types to offer. Share it on this drop and let's see what happens.
