Has anyone used this before? I had a thought, if the plastic get soft enough, you could make custom IEM (in ear monitors). I have seen plenty of people case mold with this. It would be easy to get an impression from an audiologist... And go from there.

scotchguyActually not a bad idea, but if you were going the CIEM route I would recommend something softer like sculpting putty, so it's easier to work with and you won't have to deal with heat. You'll have trouble soldering something inside this stuff, too.
