Can someone explain to me what happened to this drop? This is my FIRST yoyo and I am kinda confused as to what this bearing issue is.

CrazyRageThe wrong bearing was installed from the warehouse. The YoYo is supposed to come with a 10-Ball KK Bearing but an 8-Ball Bearing was installed. It also looks like the people that ordered Aqua received Blue.
"A 10 ball bearing has ten balls instead of eight, inside of the bearing. This allows it to be smoother and noticeably quieter than most other bearings. One downside, is that it takes a long time to break in, but once broken in, it will play amazingly." http://yoyo.wikia.com/wiki/Ball_Bearings

I also received the wrong color and the wrong bearing. Very disappointed with my first purchase here.

An update for the group, thanks to community feedback we were made aware that the yoyos that were shipped to us and then finally to the group didn't include 10 ball KK bearing per the listing, but instead the 8 ball bearing. We reached out to the vendor and it looks like this was due to a miscommunication at processing at their warehouse. The vendor is offering the group the following options.
1. Keep the yoyo and receive an additional $5 discount for the incorrect bearing.
or
2. We will send a shipping label for you to return the yoyo for a full and complete refund.
We apologize for any inconvenience and have now put in processes to avoid errors such as this in the future. If you prefer to keep the yoyo and receive the discount no action is needed and the additional discount will be applied Monday afternoon. If you prefer a label to return the yoyo for a full refund please reach out to us at https://www.massdrop.com/support by Monday at 5PM Pacific Time and we will get that going for you ASAP.

I also got the blue instead of the aqua and an 8 ball bearing but I'm wondering if the blue and aqua were labeled wrong by the manufacturer because its seems like a few other people got the same color mix up.
