An update for the group, thanks to community feedback we were made aware that the yoyos that were shipped to us and then finally to the group didn't include 10 ball KK bearing per the listing, but instead the 8 ball bearing. We reached out to the vendor and it looks like this was due to a miscommunication at processing at their warehouse. The vendor is offering the group the following options.
1. Keep the yoyo and receive an additional $5 discount for the incorrect bearing.
or
2. We will send a shipping label for you to return the yoyo for a full and complete refund.
We apologize for any inconvenience and have now put in processes to avoid errors such as this in the future. If you prefer to keep the yoyo and receive the discount no action is needed and the additional discount will be applied Monday afternoon. If you prefer a label to return the yoyo for a full refund please reach out to us at https://www.massdrop.com/support by Monday at 5PM Pacific Time and we will get that going for you ASAP.

joewibIs there any way to confirm that this has or is being processed? My transaction page does not reflect an update in price nor has a pending transaction been placed to the card that this was purchased on.
