Just got mine. Some input on the process for anyone from Poland looking in at this.
Massdrop included paperwork inside, but I was still prompted for it. So I sent an email with: a printout of PayPal page with details on the purchase (as the proof of purchase), and specification (an invoice with product specification is included inside the package, and it seems that in the end they used that for Customs process, but I guess they are obligated to ask for documents in Polish nonetheless. DON'T TRY TO DUKE THEM. They're only asking you about the specifics for paperworks sake. For the "product specification" - I've printed out to pdf file Transaction Details from Massdrop after having the page autotranslated by Chrome.
With $79.99 + $7.37 shipping=$87.36 total - I paid 6,5 PLN (1.53 Euro) of customs fee + 61 PLN (14.36) of 23% VAT, so it seems that they calculate it from the price alone, bar the cost of delivery (which is odd, an article I've read stated that entire service (purchase+postage+any fees) are used for calculating that. Or maybe it's just for calculating the customs fee?
Anyhoo - add 67,50 PLN (15,89 Euros) to your final price (with the drop I participated in being $79.99 + $7.37 shipping=$87.36 total) .
Also - it's really hard to visualize just how tiny this thing is before you hold it in your hand.
I thought I'd add some pictures, since a lot of people ask about how discreet the packaging is. I got a tad carried off when adding household items for scale. Also - this kit included the newest (as of end of 2013) brush and the new Glyph batteries. The charger requires an adapter to work with European electrical sockets (which is kinda obvious, since every other country in Europe uses completely different outlet).

PS.: since I was already baked when I got the package, my first flight I vaped some green tea. The results were phenomenal! It's was like drinking it, only dry, I guess. Weird, but the taste was very well defined, just like in brewed tea - only less damp ;-) I definitely recommend experimenting with other herbs!
