Do I Need to Lube My Keyboard Switches?
Figure 1: Sometime around here is a good time to ask that question... If you’re new to the mechanical keyboard hobby, I have no doubt that planning your first keyboard build is a bit of a daunting task. To be entirely honest with you, it’s only a tiny bit less daunting for your second or even third keyboard builds should you stay around a little while longer. You’ve got the keyboard itself to worry about, stabilizers, keycaps, and even switches on top of all of the intangible marks you want your dream keyboard to hit. It's not a problem with the keyboard per se and it should be easily fixable. Good luck and get back to us if this worked for you please.
To answer your question, Fn + W has the lowest polling rate and should be fine for typing. Feel free to increase it with Fn + E or R if you need a higher polling rate (usually for games, so @BrieSan should press Fn + E or R to solve his/her issue). --- Came home to see my board delivered today. Kind of a shame that 1~2 switches' stems seem to be off in terms of quality (keycaps are very loose on them), but I'll blame those awful stock keycaps instead of Gateron. No keycaps option in the future maybe? Other than that, it's a nifty keyboard for the price, which I'm sure has been regurgitated several times over already. Bought these to try out Gateron Clears, but I can see myself messing around with this one the most in terms of trying new switches out in the future. Temporarily slapped on Miami keycaps. Plain ol' white LEDs, though they do have a bit more flair to them with this keyset's colors. Please pardon my potato quality photo.
