Got mine in the mail today and it came with the wrong switches. I ordered gateron reds and it came with gateron whites it appears? They are also a linear switch so I'm really not too upset about it, but I am pretty confused however. These switches are even lighter than reds are so it's not really my taste. Is there any way that this can get sorted out? Or any way that I can make the switches heavier so I make less typos?

rajaspersonAt bunch of us got the wrong switches this time around (I have a whole thread of complaints going below!). From what I've read in other drops, this happens from time to time.
I've started the ball rolling with Support, but I have also seen from other drops that Support can be a bit spotty on the whole exchange process, I guess since they only order X number of product of each type or whatever. Hoping I'll get lucky, can't hurt to ask, I figure.

wordsmightfmBased on how long it takes, I'm not even sure if I want to wait for them to send me another keyboard since I already waited 3 months for this one. I really wanted Gateron reds though :(

rajaspersonSeems like a lot of Gaterons came in the wrong color. With the long chain of people getting Black switches after ordering Blue, and at least 3 people including me getting Red after ordering Black, it's possible that someone at MD rotated each Gateron switch down the list one slot somehow. My prediction after looking at the posts is that the pattern would be Brown>Blue>Black>Red>Clear>Green, but it's impossible to know without actually working for them or being able to contact the entire February drop.

HulkingGeckoIt's really disappointing overall. I've been looking forward to using this keyboard for months now, and for it to arrive not at all the way I ordered is just unacceptable. I doubt I will ever be ordering anything off of Massdrop again if they don't get this sorted out.
