I'm disappointed by the delay just like everyone else, but it amazes me how quick people act on a refund or to leave negative comments just because a delay. Kind of sad how impatient some people are, but I understand.

mattmccarI think it's amplified by the fact that the wait for estimated shipping was so long to begin with, and there hasn't been much information from Massdrop outside of simply acknowledging the delay. Understandable that people are annoyed and/or looking for refunds.

MrDetoniaYea, that's why I said I can understand why people are upset. But you've got to weigh your options when coming to a site like this and purchasing from a big groupbuy from a manufacturer who most likely wouldn't be able to keep up with the order.

mattmccarI think it’s reasonable to complain or cancel. They charged us about a month ago and still hadn’t shipped the products yet. I’m a paying customer, not an interest free charity. 1,200 purchased x $60 = $70,000 loan that they could use to invest and make quick money in one month without paying any interest.
And again with the one month period. They had all that time to ramp up production or prepare the orders. I hope it wasn’t waited until the last minute before the ship date before the orders were placed. They knew how many orders were placed so they should have put a cap on at the time or acknowledged that it will take longer a month ago.
