That was another quick Massdrop! I received the pants a couple of days ago, which is not bad considering it had to fly over the ocean and go through the customs.
The pants look very nice, I'm somewhat concerned about the size, though. I've ordered 36/34 and this are the smallest 36/34's I have in my closet. I.e. the waist seems to be more like 34 or even 33 rather than 36. I have a couple of slim fits with this size from other companies (e.g. Zara) and they are OK. Anyone else had similar experience?
Oh well, another reason to lose a couple of pounds. :)

These look pretty nice, I'm in. Although I fear that Andrew, Ash and I are gonna be running around the office in the same pants. We'll have to coordinate our wardrobe or something.

So I actually modeled those pants in the pictures. I was really impressed by the material and how comfortable the pants were (which is why I immediately signed up for this drop). They also feel very light and don't cling to your... junk. ;)

Wool? For biking pants? You know how hot that would be? You'd be sweating your crotch out almost instantly. Bluffworks makes better and more breathable clothing, is more environmentally conscientious and (MOST IMPORTANTLY) cheaper.

So, these are a take on trousers or heavy khakis that makes them significantly more suitable for activity. These aren't Under Armour running pants, these are classy pants that have been optimized.
I do agree that I wouldn't recommend doing more than 10~15 miles a day in these, but they would definitely be fine for short rides.
The biking aspect of these that is most sophisticated, other than the gusseted crotch, is the leg taper designed so that your pant legs don't get caught in your gears or chain.

Wool is antibacterial and good at wicking, so it wont smell, and is pretty good at keeping you either warm or cool. Its a common material used in cycling clothing.
