I gotta say... To label this as a "hiking" backpack is a misappropriated fallacy.
The strap design, the lack of support straps, the lack of external bottle holders, multi functional pockets for different things you need hiking or camping, and a lack of a camelback makes this, just.... A backpack. It's cool, for school especially, but a hiking backpack this is not.

BrakeRewisWell I'm just glad that MD is offering a backpack that allows me to cross/portage the many deep streams in downtown NY especially undetected in camo. :/
