Is this basically a DQG made for Maratac/CountyComm? Love my brass DQG.

tomtI have the DQG Spy and Fairy, and I recently just received the Maratac featured here. The Maratac is slightly longer than both, but comes with the charger as a standard. I like the extra heft of the stainless steel over the titanium Spy, and the only thing missing on the Maratac is a hole to install a trit tube (not my cup of tea anyway). Another difference is that the Maratac beam is more throwy and less floody than either DQG light -- it's still really floody though. Lastly, I consider this superior to similar TechMech offerings, since the charger is a disjoint piece, making the actual flashlight head smaller (though I am a fan of TechMech too, I just like the Maratac more). The only thing I would change if I could, would be to have an option for a firefly mode + low mode, rather than the medium + high that's currently shipped. Though I realize I am probably a small minority in wanting that configuration, I still think the lower combo would be great given the diminutive capacity of a 10180 battery.
