I received responses (on Friday) to my customer service email about this drop which contains the following lines: "I wanted to touch base with you to let you know we are currently working with the vendor to source replacements so we can swap these items!" and later "We will be swapping the delrin for stainless steel. Postage labels will absolutely be provided by Massdrop." So it looks like we can get what we want, and the drop will be fixed. I am surprised that nothing was posted here.
