I received the following message on the 15th: "I have an update for you! We have decided to not require returns on the incorrect item received. The vendor has already shipped the correct Pull and it's currently in transit to you!" and as of today, I have this! Thank you Massdrop - this gets me the steel capsule I wanted, and I get an extra Delrin one. I'm vey happy with this result.

JCSasmorThat's great! I didn't contact them via email, do you think these are going to all buyers or just those that emailed? I posted about the issue below, though.

tani_PI have no idea - perhaps you should contact them directly with a customer service email. I just used the Help Center and contacted them there.
