Due to this you were incorrectly shipped the 2013 variant instead of the one listed in the drop page. This is clearly unacceptable and we are working with the vendor to resolve this mistake ASAP. We are currently offering the following options:
1. $40 partial refunds will be issued if you would like to keep the current watch.
2. We are working on securing the correct model and the current ETA for that is at the end of next week (before 12/19). Once we receive confirmation that the vendor has inventory we will issue return labels to you and ship the correct watch. These will not go through our warehouse and will instead be shipped directly to you to minimize transit time. For the sake of transparency it will be very difficult to guarantee Christmas delivery.
3. Return the watch for a full refund.

We are continually working with this vendor to bring bigger and better drops and will take additional steps to ensure errors like this do not happen in the future.
