I have used these cutters for a few years now. I love them and especially the 60 mm. My one complaint is that tiny spring. I lost it changing my blade on both a 45 mm and a 60 mm. They jump away never to be found again making the cutters useless. I would love to buy a replacement, any suggestions?

Linda3144Contact the store you bought it from and they should contact the company and get you a new spring. That happened to me and that's what I did. Problem solved.

Linda3144Well, you could try going through Massdrop, but my guess is that won't work. I had issues with a knitting needle set and Massdrop could not replace one needle. I had to return the whole set and get reimbursed. You could try contacting Martelli and see what they say. They stand behind their products, so I'm thinking they'd work with you.

Linda3144Go on-line to Martellinotions.com and call Martelli’s direct. They can solve your problem. GREAT company. I own almost all of their products!
