Deriums: I got my $150 box today. No surprises in it, though I was hoping in the spirit of a "grab bag," Derium's would have perhaps tossed in another "sealed MTG product," such as an Origins box, a BFZ box, or maybe even an SOI box, or assorted box. Maybe even some foreign stuff for flavor!
I am disappointed that there was no hope for a play mat (I actually deferred buying one at a local store on the off chance I'd get one in this box), and the sleeves were a lower quality option than dragon sleeve.
I don't get the pop figurine. I am not a toy person.
massdrop: this wasn't a grab bag. It was a customized and methodically-assembled assortment of low end products that was standardized for each customer. There was nothing random about this set. While I think there was just enough language written into the description to indemnify MD from a false advertisement complaint, it was a misleading description and, frankly, a bungled execution of what could have been a pretty cool alternative to a loot crate.
When I ordered the box, I suppose I had adsumed that there was a storehouse of extra MD goodies from older selections, like odds and ends of dragon sleeves and booster packs and commander decks and the lot. I was thinking that MD employees might assemble these assortments into various and randomized boxes of awesome.
Stupid and naive me for thinking otherwise. Thankfully the money I spent was semi-disposable but if I had this purchase to do-over again, I would not.

Nswan004I agree 100%. If it had been cool random stuff and a cool booster box I'd have been happy. Instead it seems like a bunch of random crap they had laying around that no one wanted and set up a deliberately vague but cool sounding "grab bag" box.
