Started my return process, sent an email with pictures of everything unopened and haven't had a reply in 3 days.

mgbmI pinged them 3 times... They finally responded that they didn't get my picture (despite me having a response to that message) and asked me to resend. I suggest contacting them. I have 4 other open tickets that they haven't responded to, so I suspect they started ignoring some of the squeaky wheels.
