I got the ms02, but the right headphone broke and barely produces sound. I would like to return them through Thinksound's 1 year warranty, but Thinksound requires a proof of purchase w/ the specific model that I purchased. However, Massdrop's proof of purchase simply lists it as 'Massdrop Blue Box: Thinksound Wooden IEMs'. Is there a way to get a proof of purchase that lists which specific model I got to give to Thinksound, or would the one I already have be sufficiant?

BadBaguetteyours too huh? its so weird, they were working just fine, took them out of my ears and placed them on my keyboard tray, came back 5 minutes later and they no longer work :v

BadBaguettemeh, im scare, since massdrop dont have a really good customer services :(
phucannguyen99their customer service is fine as long as you shoot them emails. the power supply for my amp died and they replaced the entire item for me
