Update #1: I've since sent my defective ms02 back to thinksound/timber sound , when contacted, the response was within the day itself and the whole process was quite simple. Although i made the mistake of shipping the whole thing back, box and accessories included. Turns out i only needed to send back the earpiece itself. Will update again when I get my replacement earphones.
i received ms02 from this drop, and the sound quality was awesome. Unfortunately, the left earpiece was dead less than 24 hours after i picked it up at the post office. The left earpiece was noticeably quieter than the right at first use, but i chalked it up to fitting as the sound quality often improved after reinsertion. Today, the left earpiece suddenly died and i haven't even got the chance to show it off to anyone yet. I have contacted support and i hope to hear from them soon.

Darchitectjust contact support, the replacement procedure is quite painless if its within warranty. Only cost me shipping, and i got the replacement in less than a month.
