I have to say that as of late the way Massdrop has been handling their business relationships with their vendors, as well as their customers, and to be frank even with their own employees tasked with the front line support duties supporting these product blunders are without a doubt appalling. Not long ago we were assured that quality control will be enforced throughout the process, now you're telling us that the units delivered to you after all these delays have quality issues?? How did this happen? Were the real deals swapped with cheap Chinese bait and switch knock offs? Did you even receive the correct shipping container?
How do things so simple to coordinate and remain on top of to please already miffed customers on a new product, hit the floor so hard over and over and over with you guys? As a customer and investor in your business model (which has quagmired so much just in the past year), I demand an explanation. Products that I purchased MONTHS ago, including new partnership products with major players in your target communities, have been delayed at the last minute 5 times just within the past 6 months alone. Anyone can agree that this is simply unacceptable business practice.
Massdrop, I know that these issues are in truth very complex, but great customer service is a very simple principle to weave into everything an organization does as a whole, and you are outright FAILING in this regard. Please take some time to round-table your executive staff to discuss and re-evaluate your business practices, especially your customer relations which are without a doubt abysmally poor, round up those responsible for causing these situations and replace them with other candidates who are qualified, honest, and can be held to the accountability that is to be expected of anyone representing their employer. If you really want to be the next big player in this market, you need to step your game up NOW. I have faith in you, don't continue to fail those who have brought you this far in your business game.
