I have the usb from laptop to the micro usb in the back of this amp and the power cord is plugged in. The amp turns on, the light turns white, and my input is extended signaling that it is using the internal SDAC. For some reason I cannot hear anything from the front XLR or 1/4" headphone jacks. The rear 1/8" works however I feel like this is bypassing the amp or something as the volume knob on the front will not affect the sound and is only affected by the volume on laptop. Using that 1/8" port, I can even hear music when turning the amp off so I know it's basically listening through my computer. Any suggestions? What am I doing wrong and how do I get the amp/sdac to work properly?

LuciferSamaI mucked around with inputs but no luck. Tried extended and when pressed. I also tried every output for both input modes only the 1/8” works but it‘s only an extension of my laptops sound. I can hear it whether amp is on or off. I’ve tried everything in the included manual now I’m just wondering if I’m stupid or got a lemon. It really could be either haha

AnyColourYouLikeI am also observing the exact same behavior. Is there a way to fix it?
