I got my 3 quilts yesterday They are marked on labels correctly as 2 regulars and 1 long, but they are all the same (regular) length Not sure if I should contact Massdrop or Enlightened Equipment directly? Bought 2 regulars for my twin boys who outgrew their Proteges and one for me to replace and older EE quilt I had that didn't have pad attachment system. Being 6 feet tall the regular is just a bit tight Quilt on left is supposed to be the long

WillCama78 is the long so you got the correct length. All 3 of mine were 72. If you look at the specs of the drop, the long was only an extra 6 inches, which I believe is less than what EE usually does, but should be perfect for me.

DannyMilksDanny, I got an e-mail from Massdrop saying my product arrived and said to contact support if there were any issues. Do I need to do that or are you already taking care of this? I really want a long, but can just order one from EE if it's too hard for you guys to get an extra one. I am even willing to keep the extra regular for my wife (was gonna buy her a short from EE) to save everyone extra shipping costs/ hassle if that's easier. You can just credit me difference, have me return the reg, or send me another long and charge me for another regular and I will keep all 4. I'm easy just let me know, Thanks

duckypaddlerUnder the specs of the drop, the long quilt is supposed to be a length of 84 inches and the regular quilt is supposed to be 78 inches. Where do you see the described 72 inches within the drop description? If I am missing something, the product still looks great. Good work @DannyMilks

WillCamaTo get the correct length, you have to pull the fabric taught and measure down the center, with the footbox un-cinched. If you just lay your tape measure on top, you're not getting the full length, and your results will vary depending on loft of the down at the very moment. You might need two people to measure - one to hold the toe and one to measure from the toe to the head, pulling it taut. Let me know what you get this time. Thanks!

Measure the three quilts and let me know if they all come out the same. It's possible you got three regulars, but impossible that you got shorts - we don't make those.

DannyMilksThey are just shy of 78 with the way you said to measure. All 3 are exactly the same. After not hearing back I filed customer service claim couple minutes ago. I guess I got 3 regulars, even though one is labeled L for long. Can you get me a long?
