I love these poles, these are my third pair. But your shipping department really needs a reevaluation. I missing all the accessories from my bag except a snow basket. Most likely because you sent me my treking poles in a plastic bag. I have contacted support but people need to be aware of how you are shipping these.
Update: After contacting support, Massdrop sent me another pair with instructions to return the other poles. The new poles also arrived in a plastic bag but were complete.
JbarThanks for posting. That's the first issue of something gone missing during shipping, so my apologies. I'm glad we were able to get you a replacement set quickly. Have you been able to get out and use your poles yet?
