Hello, I just joined, primarily for the audiophile products. Looking at purchasing the NHT C3 speakers for our new living room. Space is about 15 feet wide by 33 long and they will fire long ways. Space is just for general listening, music room with all equipment is downstairs, so hoping they will fill it with sound nicely. Cheers.

DAC: zorloo zuperdac AMP: Burson Lycan with V5 SS opamps. Volume between 11 and 3. Sound: full, dark, detailed. Works well for instrumental music, classical, jazz, EDM. I like the vocals on my Noble X better but with t-x0, you can almost feel the thumping in your chest when you put on something like Dematerialization by Oscar Mulero Money well spend as far as I'm concerned.
Did you receive yours via AusPost or DHL?
Now the long wait till next week when hopefully I'll get it. I'm going to burn it in on my PC for 4 days straight, then I'm bringing it to PAX Aus where I'll field test how good they are as daily drivers on my Pioneer XDP-100R.
It's so much warmer than I'm used to coming from AudioTechnica A700X's. I was also worried about the soundstage but both tracks show its pretty decent. Won't know in more detail until I game with them tonight.
One thing's for sure. It can take a beating, given that it took on the crescendo of Mountains without destroying itself or my ears, and that's before burn in. Amazing.
I think I'll give the Interstellar OST a go later tonight too! Just done a session with the Twin Peaks Season 3 album, now on some EDM, dayummmmm! Will jump on some CSGO tonight with them as well!
Well balanced mods done here I'd say! The comfort and weight is fantastic, almost disappears while listening to music. Need me a sexy cable though, stock one will do for now!
More impressions to come.
EDIT: for some reason I thought you were referring to X00s. Cause I'm listening them and its breathtaking. Anyway thanks for reference :D
Will check out "Rush" tonight.
If you're in to Soul, bluesy with a splash of new age tunes, may I suggest Michael Kiwanuka's - Love and Hate. (This one is very special album to me!)
