@DannyMilks Hey Danny seeing as you guys have a foot indoor at Klymit, would you please pitch the idea to Klymit to make a dry sack/pump like the Sea to summit Air Stream Dry Sack, because their current Rapid Air pump does the job, but only that one job. It would be nice to be able to use ones pump sack as dry storage for a sleeping quilt or something instead of just being dead weight. Please, please, please :-)

CasperbAndersenThats funny you ask, as I just had a good call yesterday with Klymit about a stuff sack / pump sack / dry bag. it would be a bit more expensive, but much more useful. And really nice to match with our Double V UL . . . ;)

DannyMilksI have a long and wide version of the Ultraligt V Sleeping Pad and love it (thinking about buying a regular aswell), but the rapid air pump weighs 100 grams and is long and narrow which means you have to stand up to use it effectively and then you can't use it inside a tent which would have been nice when it rains. The Sea to summit weighs only 48 grams and has a 20 liter capacity, two liters more than the Klymit at half the weight, plus it can be used as a dry sack. I will love Massdrop for ever if you can make it happen for the Ultralight sleeping pad which you offer. :-)

DannyMilksHappy New Year Danny! I noticed that the Klymit Rapid Air Pump, while made of 20D outer, has the same PU? thick lining as the Klymit pads. That thickness is necessary to hold the air in under the weight pressure of a human body, but not necessary for a pump sack. So a different fabric makeup would be more appropriate like a silnylon or nylon with light PU backing. Would cut the weight in half.
HubeyDoobyDooIndeed, just like Sea to summit Air Stream Dry Sack, which has a 15D thickness ultra light nylon.

CasperbAndersenI was just wondering if the actual Sea to Summit pump sack would work with this pad as happen to have one and consider picking up this Klymit pad. Both valves look similar at first glance. Any idea anyone?
MaciejIt will not work on the klymit :/

DannyMilksSo what will work with the Klymit? I heard that there's 5 different sizes of the flat style valve from an REI rep. Anyone know what size the valve is? This is a basic but important detail, seems to me it should be on there. Could this be added to the specs?

DannyMilksI got the "normal" double v (from here, actually) and the stuff sack is also a pump. Is it compatible with this single version, and/or has there been any movement on including a pump sack with this one? Also, any chance of a wide regular?
