Wicked solid base, surprisingly sturdy. Easy to assemble and easy to add my own top with some wood screws. Smooth motors. Control pad was set to metric and easy instructions included how to change to imperial. Made my top with some scrap from another project. Its sanded plywood, routed edges then brushed with tung oil. Top is 50"L x 34"W x 3/4"D.
