mostly happy with this mic, it mounts well on my headphones and the audio quality is surprising considering the price
BUT
i've been experiencing this irritating CRACKLE that i did not anticipate

if anyone has a fix i would love to hear it, because i really want to like this mic, but this just makes it unusable
Hey are you plugging this into the front ports or the back ports on your computer?
Also, can you double check the mute toggle to make sure it's either all the way up or all the way down?
i tried it with multiple cables, straight in my PC, in my DAC, nothing worked
mute toggle was at max

seems to happen on mine if I don't make noise for a while. crackling happens or it just repeats this fast high pitched BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP.
