Hello, I just joined, primarily for the audiophile products. Looking at purchasing the NHT C3 speakers for our new living room. Space is about 15 feet wide by 33 long and they will fire long ways. Space is just for general listening, music room with all equipment is downstairs, so hoping they will fill it with sound nicely. Cheers.

In Australia all our household power is 240V AC so I take the 220v.
You only need the high gain amp for headphones that are really hard to drive, ie they have really high impedance (this i don't know from experience, only what I have read). You will be fine with the medium gain.
If the gain works like that, isn't it always better to take high gain ones because they drive both high impedance and low impedance?
By the way, the headphones I'll be getting are either the HE350s or the HD6XXs. Thanks!
