Will this amp work well with the Sennheiser HD 598 SR Open-Back Headphone? BTW is a DAC necessary?

ProLineHD 598 i believe should be able to be powered from your computer.
If you can hear noise or hissing on your headphone while connected to your computer, chances are DAC will help remove it. If you get a DAC but not DAC/AMP combo, then you will need and AMP (like O2) for the DAC.
