I don't know how many people have gotten theirs at this point but I got mine yesterday. Looks nice, sounded good, but I am having a major problem with it.
Mine appears to have an issue where the sound just cuts out/lags terribly, especially when I am in a game. Doesn't really seem to be a problem if I am just at the desktop, I can watch youtube videos, play spotify, etc. But the second I load a game, the dac just stops working. In PUBG the sound cuts out for 2-3 seconds every 15 or so seconds. CSGO the sound in the game just cuts out 80% of the time and whatever I do hear is terribly delayed. If I am in CSGO and am playing music, the music lags similar to when you hold down the play/pause button and it just goes really slow/skippy.
Just doesn't really seem to be working. Standard computer sound works fine and the fiio e10k I have also works perfectly so it is the O2+SDAC and not anything else.
I'll contact support after Christmas and see what happens but mine doesn't seem like its going to work.

HPE1000I am having a problem with mine as well. Twice now in the last 3 days my O2+SDAC suddenly stopped playing sound and would not play sound again until I restarted my computer. I tried to unplug and plug back in the usb cable , I tried to turn the amp off and on, I tried to change my audio output device to the on-board output and then back to the SDAC, and I tried to restart all my programs. Nothing worked except a system reset. When I changed to on-board sound, everything worked just fine. Strangely, both times I lost sound, youtube videos would stop playing completely, they would load but not play; and when I changed back to on-board sound my youtube videos started playing again. I have a feeling there is something my windows 7 installation does not like about the SDAC. Update: I changed the USB port that the SDAC was connected to and it worked fine. However, after it sat unused for about a half hour, the second USB port stopped working. Changing it back to the first USB port only resulted in hearing a high pitch static noise. I changed to to a third USB part and it works once again. I guess I'll try leaving the SDAC unconnected to USB when I'm not using it?

SpacedMechOdd.. I am also using Windows 7 (Ultimate). My problems aren't exactly like yours, yours seem a lot worse.

HPE1000Having a similar issue, though less prevalent. Once every few minutes there's a noticable second where the sound cuts out before coming back. Had a severe case once where iTunes stopped being able to play, and sound/videos stopped working until I closed iTunes.
Also running Win 7, and the fiio e10k never presented these issues.

HPE1000I get a similar issue. I think the SDAC has issues with Windows 7. Wish I would have just bought the O2 + ODAC a while back. Mine will work for a couple minutes then all the sudden cuts out and won't work again until I restart my computer. I contacted support and they ignored me when I responded... USELESS!!! I want my money back.

jhumm22Try using a different usb port to start with, also once you do that disable all audio enchancements in playback devices, it may stop this.

alvargIt will sometimes work if I unplug it and move it to a different port. It won't work if I have it plugged into the docking station. Seems like Grace didn't test well enough. Thanks for the advice but this is still not 100%. I have a powered hub too so I will try that next.
