Hey Everyone, We're aware there are problems being reported (thank you for your posts and emails) for a portion of the recipients of the Puros. As of now, 163 orders show delivered (per tracking) and we have 12 reports of issues. The issues are primarily around sizing, but, for a small portion of people, involve general construction. We're already in contact with the manufacturer to determine the cause and magnitude of these issues. If your puros aren’t meeting expectations, please create a ticket by clicking “contact support” from the Puro Transaction on your transactions page so we can track the issue and get back to you. We'll be doing everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your experience on Massdrop. We understand these issues are very disappointing, but we want to thank you for being a part of this community and for your willingness to work with us when issues arise; it makes these drops possible in the first place.
