It has almost been 2 months and 1 week since I paid for those headphones. 38 day in shipment and nothing going on. Information on DHL and my country post office had been stucked and same since 27 december.
Yesterday I wanted to start refund process. And e-mailed Massdrop twice... dead silence. No answer no feedback no info whatsoever !
I've bought Philips SPH9500 for my friend and it came in like 18 days. Same adress, same process...
So something definetly gone wrong. And again thank you Massdrop.

georgecdiscAre you still willing to do it ? Because it is almost a week that massdrop hasn't charged me back. Only a few messages with a lot of misunderstanding and missleading information. Hell, they even offered me to wait for cables :))))))
After clearing the statements, they aproached the refund position. After that they aren't answering my e-mails. 4 or 5 e-mails not answered. They wanted me to choose either re shipping or refund. I said refund 4 days ago. And nothing, I've sent extra mails and also nothing.
The situation goes on.
