I own a pair of HD 6XX though not through this account. It seems that my left driver is faulty. At the sub bass frequency it rattles and distorts noticeable from 20-100Hz~ I have then reassured that the distortion is not from my source by swapping the left right channels and it seems only the left driver has this issue. Who should I approach with this issue? I have contacted my local Sennheiser service centre ( Pantrade Malaysia) and they say it is from a "non-authorized dealer" and ignored me after. Then I tried my luck on Sennheiser's site by filling up a contact form here "https://en-us.sennheiser.com/contact-center" and there is no response. Is there any other ways to resolve this issue?

CX19You aren't going to get help from Sennheiser living in Malaysia. Sennheiser is not allowed to sell to any part of Asia, so as far as they are concerned you shouldn't have it. CX19Sorry, I meant to say that these are not allowed to be sold to Asia. Hence why on this drop you were not able to purchase them if you lived in Asia.

CokemanOh. You can join this drop if you are in Asia lol. It was just that I missed the first drop so I bought it off a friend for a slight more, thus my serial number is <5000. The billing address is all to Malaysia straight from massdrop.
