So I got the new SoundblasterX AE-5 soundcard for dirt cheap so I figured I get it. So it has a SABER 32-bit 384kHz DAC and a nice headphone amp that has 1 amp for each channel. I figured I play around with it while I decide what amp to get for the HD6XX.
Anyone else any input on this soundcard?

c0ldI have the AE5 and love it. The headphone direct mode is great for music. My HD 598s sound great with this card. I am highly anticipating my 6XXs.

biggrimtimAwesome I can't wait to get it today. This should hold me off to see how well the 6xx pairs with it. I have 598s for home use hopefully it will sound better than my fiio e10k.
