Anyone from Germany experiencing delays due to customs? Mine are held at Frankfurt import center since Nov 10th without any progress. Could be due to Christmas, but then again, my last Massdrop Package never arrrived (LittleDot mk I), due to reasons that have never been fully clarified. Hence my worries there might be something not right.

Radioactive_mcMine went through without a problem. But ive heard that the customs center at FFM airport can be a game of luck.

Radioactive_mcI have the same problem here in Belgium. Arrived in Brussels at Nov 15th (from Frankfurt btw) and then the progress stopped.

Radioactive_mcMine too, its in Germany since about the same date with 0 progress so far... DHL es a good company, but when the code starts with GM its just AWWWWWFULLLLLL and it may never arrive, that worries me...

jeffrey_bSo I tried to call yesterday but only managed to get someone from customs, not DHL. The customs guy told me though, that they are currently experiencing delays of up to six weeks due to Christmas. I mean, who would have guessed that Christmas is again this year? The thing is, at the same time as the Sennheiser, I was sent a package from California which went through without a hitch.

blecchiNope, it has been returned to sender due to being undeliverable. Second time this has happened with Massdrop. Unless they do not make a serious effort to deliver my headphones i will definitely never order from them again and cannot recommend hit to anyone in Germany. I know i will probably get my money back, although i would rather prefer the headphones. Another delivery from the US at the same time went through without a hitch.

EgosuI've contacted the Belgian national postal services for a status update and ETA of the package. They agreed it isn't supposed to stay in BEBRUA that long they've opened a case and are investigating. (I got very quick response on twitter.)

blecchiCustomer service at Bpost replied to me: "Your package is currently in distribution. It will be delivered shortly." In other words, they don't know.

EgosuThey weren't kidding. Today the tracker was updated, the parcel has passed customs and is back into bpost custody. There are €72,09 Fees, Duties and Taxes due, to be payed cash on delivery. That's about €20 higher than I expected. Unless bpost has a rediculously high handling fee, I suspect they have used a different nomenclature to calculate the import duties.

Should I exchange the PC38X for better headphones?
I bought the PC38X headphones FOR GAMING and they are great, but I have NO use for a Microphone since I don't do competitive gaming and I was wondering if there were better headphone options at a similar price without a headphone, where (presumably) more of the cost was put into making it sound better. I also find that my PC38X don't get quite as loud as I would like and I was wondering if a cheap amp like the iFi Go link would draw a little more volume out of my phones. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BN6MM822?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details I went with the PC38X since it was considered the best bang for buck headphones. Looking for a gaming/content audio setup
Hello! I'm looking for recommendations on audio setups. I'd be planning on using it mostly for gaming. Preferably I'd like a pair of large closed back headphones since I have a big head and jaw. I'd also like to hear myself through my mic with mic monitoring. As far as budget goes, I don't really have one. But under 600$ would be nice. I can go higher if needed. The audio setup would be connected to a high performance PC. Thank you in advance for any recommendations!

$10 Drop Coupon Email not sent?
Trying to buy some gear off Drop for the first time. I was told I would receive an email with a welcome to drop $10 off promo. I never received that email. Drop was able to send me emails for my login token and email for Password update. But for some reason the $10 off coupon was never sent to me.

Hello, I just joined, primarily for the audiophile products. Looking at purchasing the NHT C3 speakers for our new living room. Space is about 15 feet wide by 33 long and they will fire long ways. Space is just for general listening, music room with all equipment is downstairs, so hoping they will fill it with sound nicely. Cheers.
