PraiseTheKekThese will cost you on Massdrop 269$ CAD at the current exchange rate of 1.25:1 (200$ USD HD6xx + 15$ USD for shipping, converted in CAD$). You must add the Canada Post fee which includes the federal GST tax (23$ CAD for Quebec residents, a little bit more for some other provinces, I heard around 40$ for Ontario residents). So all in costs you should be about to buy this Massdrop product for 292$ to 310$ CAD depending where you live in Canada. May I specify there are no duty fees to be paid on such electronic products entering Canada at Customs, only the GST/HST and some commission fee to be paid to the third party responsible for dealing with customs but it is Canada Post that collects you the GST/HST and fees. I bought two of these Headphones from Massdrop already so I say this by personal experience. In comparison, most canadian retails stores like Layton Audio, Fillion, etc. Sells them 649$CAD not including shipping and the GST+TVQ or HST taxes depending on the province. Amazon.ca sells them 599$ not including the sales taxes either (but Amazon does charge the sales tax according to your province). For example, total sales taxes is in Quebec is close to 15%. Total price without shipping costs (let’s say they are none) is 747$ CAD If bought in a retail store or 690$ CAD without shipping costs if bought on Amazon.ca. There you have it.

PraiseTheKekMy last purchase of HD6xx was ordered on June 26 of 2017, and I received the headphones on November 3rd at my home in Montreal Canada. They were initially scheduled for early December or late November, not sure. There were Two consecutive drops in June/July 2017 for close to 25000 units announced if I recall right. I know the last drop ended with a few hundred (or is it a couple of thousand units, i think the total drops were in the range of 23000 to 23500 if I recall right) were left unsold at the end of the second drop of 2017. This close to 25000 units planned order to Sennheiser explains the 6 month delay that was initially announced By Massdrop duringbthe drops in 2017. Anyways they arrived a few weeks ahead of what was promised when purchased. The units left the Massdrop plant on the last day of October and they were in my hands 3-4 days later. My first HD6xx purchase was on the first ever drop for this unit. I purchased them on November 8, 2016 (on the first and only day of the drop, since all 5000 units were sold in only a few hours on that day, that was really crazy) and received them on time just before christmas, a few days before the initial delivery date promise.
