Considering that Amazon Canada has the HD650 for $644.43 and the HD600 for $521.59, I'm happy to have gotten in on this drop. The only problem is that I pulled the trigger 2 weeks ago the HD58X because I didn't know how long or if there would be another drop for the 6XX.

FlyByNightI did essentially the same things for about the same reasons (though I ordered the 58X a bit earlier). I’ve also ordered the Bravo v2, as a first foray into tubes. I expect to use the 6XX with it and an SACD player, and the 58X with my Schiit Modi 2/Magni 2 (both Uber) stack. I have the luxury of being able to set up multiple “listening stations” around the house.

OvationI was only in the market for one pair of headphones but couldn't pass up getting the 6XX. I was going to relegate my HD598s to movies and gaming only, but now I'll choose my favorite of the 58X and 6XX for music and the loser will replace the 598.
