ArtthefartThe HD6XX could be bassy with the right amplifier (for example: Bottlehead Crack). But that's mean you'll need to spend a lot more than 200 bucks. The K7XX is just fine and bassy out of a phone
ArtthefartBoth HD6XX and K7XX aren't bass rich, but HE4XX are amazing (and cheaper) while having some nice bass (not super deep impactful bass, but just enought to enjoy bass heavy music). If you want solid sub-bass on sub-$300 headphones, look for some closed back cans like the Beyerdynamic DT 770 (80 or 250 ohm are both great, 32 ohm not that much) or Audio Technica ATH-M50x (replace stock pads for some good pleather or true leather ones and you're ready to go).
jesse040304xx are great imo...best cans i have under 200 bucks. 6xx are more laid back...both are great headphones and both scale incredibly well with amps.
