My headphones shipped in 24th of May. Last update of tracking is from 26th of May - PROCESSED AT EXPORT FACILITY. Is this normal? I bought the headphones in February.... Still don't have them.

NimigI have seen a lot of orders including mine that seem stuck or lost but it is just that tracking stops in Germany for some reason and starts again when the order enters your country. Where do you live? It took a lot of time for my order personally but not that much. Check your country's post office tracking, usually updates faster once it has arrived there.

NimigThat seems a bit strange. Have you checked the second tracking #? If there aren't any updates there you should contact them.

NimigYou need to check the second tracking Number. It happened to me, it looked like it was stuck in Germany, but it was already in Portugal according to the 2nd tracking number

KennyptWhat second tracking are you referring to? I have : DHL eCommerce Customer Confirmation Delivery by Postal provider
In the two tracking number the last update is the same..

NimigSomewhere in the tracking page you have to find a code like CGXXXXXXXXDE. (X meaning numbers). Then use it in your local post office tracking page.

Still same last updated in May 26th. And when I search this tracking number in my local post office - no results.

NimigThat's sad. I guess you'll need to contact dhl or the post office. Bear in mind mine took 2 weeks to arrive to Greece from Germany, so one month for further locations might not be such an issue
