Fiio X5 III > Audio GD NFB-12 or Darkvoice 336SE with GE tubes (I got other tubes for the Darkvoice but haven't played around with them yet).
I did try the X5 III + Xduoo XD-05 (with V5i upgrade) portable stack one time, it works, but kind of heavy. I wonder who got pissed when I rode a bus that time ;)

hiebzyyat the end of this year I would be powering them with R2R Dac amd 788 Amp from MD.

Centrance do surprisingly a very good job driving any cans... even the DT880 600 Ohms I no longer have now. Sounds amazing too.
