FOR UK PURCHASERS ... who have tracked their headphones and they are at customs saying 'consignee contacted for payment'
They can not contact you because Massdrop do not give your e-mail address for some reason. you will no doubt get a letter from them eventually but if you do not repond in time they will get sent back to the states. If you call them having your tracking number, the Yodel one is fine, they will take your e-mail name and send you details of how to pay in moments, payment can be made by card or Paypal and your goods will be released. CCL are the company that handle DHL customs payments.

iCeOL8TRAmnesia? It's just sales tax. We didn't get charged any tax on checkout, so it's charged upon entering the country instead. Surely you also paid sales tax?
